a 14-day validation page ยท pre-launch

One job-site report. Three minutes. Branded PDF.

A daily report tool for solo contractors, handymen, remodelers, and subs — not a construction management platform. No per-user SaaS pricing. No scheduling, payroll, or estimating you didn't ask for.

What it actually does

Three-minute report. Date, weather, crew, work performed, delays, materials/equipment, safety notes, 3–10 photos, signature — in one form. Stop writing reports after dinner.
Branded PDF. Your logo, your company name, your colors. Auto-numbered. Auto-dated. Looks like something you'd hand a GC, an insurance adjuster, or a homeowner.
Offline-first. Reports save locally. No "syncing" spinner when the trailer has no signal. Photos compress before they hit storage.
No per-user pricing. One IAP unlocks the whole device. Bring your own laborer for free. No seat math, no admin dashboard, no "Enterprise" upsell email.
What it is not. Not Raken. Not a CRM. Not project management. Not invoicing. Not a cloud document control system. Not a team chat. If you need those, keep using what you use; this is for the one PDF you write every day.

FAQ

Is this a Raken alternative?

Yes for the daily report itself. No for everything else. Raken sells per-user pricing around $15–$30/user/month and bundles time tracking, scheduling and document control. This product is just the daily report PDF, one device, one IAP. If your crew is one person plus occasional help, that gap is the point.

Will it run on iOS and Android?

Both. Built in Flutter so the form, photos, signature and PDF look the same on either phone. No tablet-only weirdness.

What about insurance / legal / dispute use?

The PDF is a "documentation helper", not legal advice. It captures what happened, when, in what weather, with photos and a signature. That's almost always what an adjuster or attorney actually asks for. We don't auto-generate legal claims.

Why a one-time lifetime price?

Because the cost of running a PDF generator on your phone is approximately zero. Subscriptions exist because companies need recurring revenue forecasts. A solo contractor needs a tool. We'd rather charge once and not bother you.

Who is behind this?

A solo developer with 10+ years of mobile experience. No VC. No growth team. No fake "Acme Corp" header. We email back personally.
